For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally arrives within 7-10 business days.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrances and cosmetics cannot be returned once opened.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for both local and international orders.

Do you offer alterations for stitched clothing?
Currently, we do not provide custom alteration services. Our stitched collections are designed according to standard sizing charts to ensure a comfortable fit for diverse body types.
